We can reinstall your copy of windows for you as well as any other programs, we would then ensure that it is fully updated via windows update. If required we can backup your personal data (that you indicate is required) and then restore to the new installation.

We can also install a linux distro such as Ubuntu or if you have the necessary harddrive space install linux as a dual boot along side your existing windows installation.
